Job Summary

INDOVISION is hiring an Assembly / Machining Quality Inspector responsible for ensuring product quality through inspection as per control plans, defect identification, rejection and scrap handling, containment actions, and support to NPD and production activities in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspection as per Control Plan using VMM, Equator, Height Gauge, and visual inspection.
• Identification of defects, abnormalities, and process deviations.
• Collection and analysis of visual rejections using Pareto analysis.
• Updating inspection and quality data in the system.
• Segregation of rejected parts and movement to quarantine area.
• Preparation of scrap reports and scrap disposal as per approved WI.
• Communication of quality issues and support to corrective actions.
• NPD sample inspection and preparation of customer inspection reports.
• Additional inspection during production interruption.
• Blocking of suspected lots and execution of containment actions.
• Preparation of daily quality data and reports.
• Flexibility for multitasking as per production requirement.

Qualification & Experience

Education: ITI / Diploma / BE / BTech (Mechanical or related field)
