Early Careers Recruiter – APJ Region
We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Careers Recruiter to support campus and early talent hiring initiatives across the APJ region. In this role, you will help build strong relationships with universities, student communities, and internal stakeholders while driving programs to attract and hire top early talent across diverse markets in Asia Pacific and Japan. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing campus recruitment strategies across APJ countries (e.g., Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, etc.).
- Coordinate and participate in on-campus and virtual hiring events, including career fairs, info sessions, student workshops, and networking events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, student organizations, and campus placement teams.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes for interns, graduate hires, and early career programs.
- Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights and reporting to HR and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to early talent engagement initiatives such as hackathons, case competitions, and university partnership programs.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to align hiring strategies and employer branding efforts.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in campus recruitment, early careers hiring, or graduate program management.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work across cultures.
- Willingness to travel across APJ countries as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment platforms is a plus.
- Experience working in multicultural or regional environments is preferred.
- Multilingual capabilities (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Bahasa, or other APJ languages) are an advantage.
