Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability
- Handle L2/L3 level troubleshooting and resolve network issues
- Work on network protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Support MPLS, VPN (L2/L3), and VLAN configurations
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution
- Maintain network documentation and reports
- Provide support for NOC operations and incident management
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching
- Hands-on experience with Cisco / Juniper / Huawei devices
- Knowledge of MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP
- Experience in Network Monitoring Tools (NMS)
- Understanding of Firewall and Security concepts
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications like CCNA / CCNP are preferred
- Experience in Telecom/ISP environment is an added advantage
