Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience, preferably from a manufacturing background. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment and supporting HR activities at the plant/location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles (blue collar & white collar)
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and consultants
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates for joining and documentation
- Maintain recruitment data and reports
- Support onboarding and induction process
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of recruitment process
- Experience in hiring for manufacturing roles
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of HR operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification:
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidate with manufacturing industry experience
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
