Position Details: Digital Marketing Specialist

Description:

We are urgently looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing professional with 3+ years of experience to develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services.

The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, social media, email, and display advertising
Manage SEO/SEM activities to improve website visibility and traffic
Handle social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) including content planning and performance tracking
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare regular reports
Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and ROI metrics
Coordinate with internal teams or external agencies for content, design, and campaign execution
Manage website updates, landing pages, and marketing automation tools
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing
Experience working in a fast-paced or agency environment
