Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Telecom and Network Engineering roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of immediate joiners and relevant telecom professionals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience in the Telecom domain.
- Strong understanding of telecom technologies and networking roles.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in telecom companies preferred.
- Salary: As per company standards / industry norms.
