Job Summary :

We are looking for a dedicated Change Management Profile Engineers to handle MV RAN Change management configuration and implementation activities. The candidate will be responsible for network configuration activities, parameter management, implementation support, and ensuring smooth execution across 2G, 4G, and 5G technologies.

The role involves configuring network elements, preparing scripts, validating scripts, executing change requests, coordinating with cross-functional teams and maintaining network stability and performance. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of GSM/LTE/NR technologies, OSS/ENM tools, and implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Prepare and Validate network configuration and parameter changes Scripts
2. Execute planned network activities and implementation tasks.
3. Configure 2G/4G/5G network changes as per project requirements.
4. Coordinate with operations, optimization, and field teams.
5. Doing Pre Post kpi’s impact analysis for changes implemented
6. Maintain configuration databases and documentation.
7. Prepare daily activity reports and implementation status updates.
8. Follow change management and quality processes.
9. Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
10. Proficiency in data visualization & reporting tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Pivot Tables, Power BI).
11. Analyze network KPIs and support troubleshooting activities during implementation and post-activity monitoring.
    Prepare, validate, and execute scripts for configuration changes, software upgrades, and feature activations.
12. Ensure successful execution of planned activities with minimum network impact and adherence to customer guidelines.
13. Support parameter audits, health checks, and optimization-related configuration activities.
14. Work closely with customer teams for issue resolution, activity planning, and implementation approvals.
15. Ensure timely closure of implementation activities along with proper reporting and documentation updates.
16. Hands-on experience with OSS/ENM/MOSHELL tools for configuration and troubleshooting activities.

Skills and Experience :

Candidate should have:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience in Network Performance Optimization and Configuration Management.
2. Experience in at least two RATs (4G & 5G preferred) across Ericsson technologies.
3. Strong understanding of telecom network architecture, parameters, and feature implementation processes.
4. Experience in handling network configuration activities, scripting, and change management processes.
5. Good knowledge of2G/ LTE/NR parameters, feature implementation, and KPI impact analysis.
6. Familiarity with ENM, MOSHELL, OSS tools, and basic scripting knowledge will be an added advantage.
7. Ability to coordinate with operations, optimization, and field teams for smooth execution of network activities.
8. Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
