Hiring: Technical Lead – Network Products & Solution Support (L2/L3)

We are looking for an experienced networking professional with strong hands-on expertise in L2/L3 technologies, customer escalation handling, and solution support.

🔹 Experience: 8–12 Years

📍 Location: New Delhi 
🔹 Skills Required:
• L2/L3 Switching
• VLAN, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, QinQ
• OSPF, BGP, Static Routing
• GPON/FTTx Architecture
• Enterprise & ISP Network Design
• CLI Troubleshooting
• HLD/LLD Preparation
• NMS/SNMP/Syslog Basics

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle L2/L3 technical escalations
• Support POCs, demos & interoperability testing
• Prepare solution architecture, HLD/LLD & BOQ
• Work with ISPs, enterprises, government & SI partners
• Coordinate with OEM/R&D teams for technical resolutions
• Mentor support and presales engineers

Preferred background from ISP, telecom OEM, networking product companies, SI, or NOC/L3 support environments.
