Job Title: Quality Supervisor / Team Leader – Assembly

Job Summary:

Responsible for in-process inspection and overall quality supervision of Wheel Speed Sensor (WSS) assembly line, including manpower handling and shift-wise operations, ensuring process compliance and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Shift In-Charge for quality and inspection activities
• Handle manpower planning, allocation, and team supervision on shopfloor
• Supervise in-process inspection of WSS assembly line
• Ensure implementation of Control Plan, PFMEA, and work instructions
• Monitor critical parameters (sensor fitment, resistance, gap, alignment)
• Handle line inspection, firewall checks, and defect containment
• Perform RCA using 8D, PSS and drive CAPA closure
• Manage sorting, rework, Safe Launch, and PDI activities
• Maintain daily inspection records and report to customer
• Ensure shift-wise productivity, quality targets, and discipline

Qualification:
