About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior AWS Sales Manager with a strong background in enterprise cloud sales and AWS solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing enterprise accounts, acquiring new customers, and closing high-value AWS cloud opportunities.
In this role, you will drive strategic account growth, engage with CXO-level stakeholders, and lead end-to-end sales execution for complex cloud transformation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with AWS, presales, alliances, and delivery teams to deliver impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and close complex AWS cloud opportunities from lead generation to deal closure.
- Drive enterprise sales engagements including discovery, solution positioning, proposal management, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target accounts.
- Expand wallet share and drive revenue growth across existing enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with AWS, alliance partners, presales, and delivery teams to create compelling cloud transformation solutions.
- Develop strategic account plans and execute growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM updates.
- Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations with enterprise clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and business development targets.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6–9 years of experience in Cloud Sales, IT Sales, or Enterprise Technology Sales.
- Strong experience selling AWS Cloud Services and Solutions.
- Proven success in enterprise account management and large deal closures.
- Experience working with AWS Partner Ecosystem (Advanced/Premier Partners preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder management and consultative selling skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certification (Associate or Professional Level).
- Experience in Cloud Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise IT Sales.
- Exposure to BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, IT/ITES, or similar industries.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
