Position  details:

Position Location:   

South Zone ( kochi), …Language preference : Malaynam

Experience Required: Min 3 years in the field of Channel Sales/ Channel Pre-sales, ISP market, Data Centre market, Government sales etc.  

Working Mode: Work From Home/local office  and travelling involved in the defined zone 

Working Days:  Mon-Sat (2nd,4th & 5th Saturdays are off) 

 

Job Description: Responsibilities: 

  • Part of Company sales team, ensuring alignment between customer needs and product offerings. 

  • Collaborate and support  in driving presales initiatives and own numbers in achieving team targets. 

  • Technical Knowledge in field of Networking, Broadband, routing and switching and solution discussions with prospective clients. 

  • Engage and provide assistance to Channel Sales Partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote and support our products. 

  • Liaison with government entities, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and regulatory bodies for product verification, testing, certification, and compliance-related processes. 

 

Key Skills: 

  • knowledge and experience in IP/Datacom technologies, with a focus on networking solutions. 

  • Proven experience in Sales, Channel Sales or Pre-sales, with an understanding of Customer handling, channel dynamics and partner enablement. 

  • background in providing technical support for enterprise sales, ideally in a pre-sales / Sales environment. 

  • Hands-on experience with network equipment including switches, GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network), routers, and similar networking equipment. 

  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both the customer at all required levels (technical/ commercial stakeholders/decision makers). 

  • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with business goals.
