Hiring: TAC2 Engineer – Managed ENOC

📍 Location:Guraon, Manesar
🕒 Experience: 3–10 Years
⏰ 24x7 Rotational Shifts

We are looking for a TAC2 Engineer with strong experience in Managed Network Services.

Key Skills:

• MPLS (L2VPN/L3VPN), Internet Leased Line (ILL)
• BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, QoS
• Cisco & Juniper Routing/Switching
• Incident Management, RCA & SLA Handling
• ServiceNow / ITSM Tools
• CCNP (Preferred)

Requirements:

• 3–10 years of Network Operations/TAC experience
• Strong troubleshooting and customer handling skills
• Experience in Managed NOC/ENOC environment is preferred
