Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the organization's business goals.
  • Build and strengthen the company's brand identity across digital and offline platforms.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, website, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid campaigns.
  • Drive lead generation activities and work closely with the sales team to convert marketing-qualified leads into business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage marketing content, including brochures, presentations, case studies, newsletters, website content, and social media creatives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, corporate events, webinars, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget while ensuring optimum utilization of resources.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key marketing metrics, prepare MIS reports, and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, external agencies, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best marketing practices to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in IT Services, System Integration, Cloud, Telecom, or B2B Technology.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, campaign planning, and lead generation.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM tools, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, content development, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and drive business decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams effectively.
