Role Purpose |
- This role executes preparation of CIQ, hardware template, extracting planning details from the design documents (RF/TX/HW/RFDS) and creation SCF/XML.
- Tier-2 troubleshooting during Databuild preparation and site integration. Responsible for Fulfilling Customer requirements & ensure the KPIs are maintained.

- Key Tasks & Responsibilities

- Perform SCF/XML creation on 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G (SA/NSA) Technology.
- Perform CIQ preparation/validation (New Site Build/Modernization/Swap/ upgrades/Rehoming).
- Perform RAML file creation for PnP commissioning.
- Perform second level validation on the generated SCF’s through WEBEM to fix the relational errors.
- Able to read the RFDS/IM snapshots/backup commissioning files /RF/TX inputs/Hardware configuration to provide network design requirements.
- Provide TIER-2 support during implementation phase (Integration Bridge Support)
- Update/Modify parameters in the SCF/XML (understands KPI and the impact on the performance of the system).
- Perform remote TIER-2 troubleshooting support for GSD and field team for all technologies and products
- Prepare activity dashboard and send that report to market on need basis
- XML Plan creation for 2G/3G/4G/5G parameter changes
- Perform parameter audit and validation
- Responsible for managing shift operation.
- Feature activation plan creation on BSC/RNC
- Should be flexible in work timings and ready to work on 24/7 support

Knowledge and Experience |
- Excellent written and Verbal communication skills
- Min 5-6 years of experience in Nokia RAN Product (including network planning) Databuild SCF/XML creation
- Having knowledge of scripting such as VB Excel macro, Inhouse automation etc. is an additional advantage
- Understanding the functionality of different automation tools used in Databuild creation tasks (NetAct, NDPd, xDCM, OSDP, Npower, etc)
- Understanding of Mantaray Applications
- Tier-2 troubleshooting experience on SCF/XML creation for all Nokia SRAN BTS & Airscale BTS and provide troubleshooting assistance to GSD teams.
- Adherence of DB process checklists (MOPs).
- Knowledge of multivendor products (Ericsson/Huawei/Samsung) can be an add-on.
