NOC Engineer L1
Location: Manesar
Experience: 6 Months –2 Years
Payroll: Third-Party Payroll
Project Duration: 6 Month-1 Year
Shift: 24×7 Rotational
Working Days: 6 Days
Joining: Immediate
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the network using NOC/NMS tools.
- Monitor network alarms and identify issues.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting.
- Work on Routing, Switching, MPLS, WAN, VPN, IP, OTN, SDH and DWDM.
- Create and update incident tickets.
- Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams when required.
- Coordinate with field engineers and vendors.
- Maintain shift reports and handover details.
- Ensure issues are resolved within the defined SLA.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, MPLS and WAN.
- Basic understanding of OTN/SDH/DWDM.
- Knowledge of NMS/EMS monitoring tools.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good English communication is mandatory.
- Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
- CCNA/JNCIA/N+ certification is an added advantage.
