JOB DESCRIPTION: Microwave Engineer Tools and Technologies used : • Microwave transmission • NMS server ( NFM-p) • JSON script • Integration & Commissioning • SharePoint • Ticketing Tool Tools Used : ASLM,WACT,Salesforce Etc Low complex (L1) - Basic understanding of MW technology.
- Configuration of MW equipment’s.
- Knowledge of Alarms observed in MW links
- Trouble Ticket creation for the effective MW Links
- Good Communication Skill & flexible to work on different type of assignments
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
Medium complex (L2) - Multivendor Equipment Expertise: Familiarity with Wavence, Ceragon, Huawei RTN, and related systems.
- Integration Knowledge: Experience with 9500 MPR & Wavence equipment integration.
- NMS Exposure: Proficient with Nokia Wavence NMS (NFM-P, 5620 SAM) and multivendor NMS systems like U2000 & NETMASTER.
- Network Integration: Expertise in integrating MW Network Elements (NE) into NMS servers.
- License and Capacity Management: Skilled in license management, capacity upgrades, and new link SW capacity enhancements.
- Field Experience: Hands-on experience in microwave installation, commissioning, and ensuring I&C quality assurance.
High complex (L3) - High skilled MW Wavence experience
- Expertise in Software Upgrade (MW) , Integration, Traffic Shifting & DB File Creation
- Expertise in Sync E & PTP clock Configuration
- knowledge of IP, MW Services provisioning (VLAN, QoS), and CCNA certification is preferred.
- To ensure all the delivery related KPI’s are fulfilling Customer requirements (First time right)
- Expertise on troubleshooting of Nokia Wavence MW Equipment
- Customer Interface to resolve technical Query
- Advanced knowledge of transmission and switching systems (Preferred)
