Urgent Hiring – Network Products & Solution Support (L2/L3)

📍 Location: New Delhi (Near Sultanpur Metro Station)
💼 Experience: 4–5 Years

We're looking for a hands-on networking expert with strong experience in L2/L3 technologies, routing, switching, configuration, customer escalations, and solution support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle L2/L3 customer escalations and solution support
• Review HLD/LLD, BOQ, and solution architecture
• Support POCs, demos, and interoperability testing
• Engage with ISPs, TSPs, Enterprises, Government & SI partners
• Coordinate with OEM/R&D on bugs and feature enhancements
• Train internal teams and support tender compliance

Required Skills:
✅ L2/L3 Switching, VLAN, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, QinQ
✅ Routing: Static, OSPF, BGP (MPLS preferred)
✅ GPON/FTTx, Enterprise & ISP Networking
✅ HLD/LLD, CLI Configuration, Packet-Level Troubleshooting
✅ NMS, SNMP, Syslog, POC Execution & Customer Handling
Preferred Background: ISP, Telecom OEM, System Integrator, Networking Product Company, or L3/NOC Support.
